Note: Certain items like slippers removed from packaging or cleats showing wear cannot be returned (see Section 5 for details).

  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+): Via EMS, delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Shipping times are estimates only. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Slippers removed from packaging or showing wear
  • Cleats used on playing surfaces
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
