We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Ships via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders $50+) – Ships via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging
- No signs of wear or damage
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Slippers removed from original packaging or showing signs of wear
- Cleats used on playing surfaces or showing wear
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at purchase
How to Return an Item

Exchanges
