Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Shoes must show no signs of wear or damage
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers that have been removed from their original packaging or show any signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request within 1 business day
  3. Package your items – Once approved, repackage the shoes securely in their original box
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our warehouse at:

  5. Wait for processing – We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above, and clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and your preferred replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Slippers that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Cleats that show any signs of wear or have been used on playing surfaces
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
